How to troubleshoot wifi issues

All our wifi portal require loading of a splash screen. If the splash screen does not appear on your computer or phone after joining the wifi, please open your borwser and load any non-https url such as http://example.com

Visitors HD-Guest : No password'

Members: HD-Members : hackerdojo

Event Attendees: HD-Events : ask your event host for the password

Checking these 3 things usually resolves 99% of wifi issues.

1. Turn off VPN / Proxy. Using VPN or Proxy configurations may prevent you from authenticating with your Wifi Access point.

2. Use the Correct Username / Password when logging in. For hd members login with your @hackerdojo.com username not gmail

3. Event hosts, if you have reserved multiple events on the calendar, make sure the wifi password is for today's event!
