Electronics Labs has a number of different USB to Serial converters. There are several of these particular FTDI USB-A to bare wires with 5 volt power and signaling.
DO NOT USE THESE with most newer Arduino, ESP8266, ESP32 or other such microcontrollers as they may or may not be 5 volt tolerant and generally are designed for 3.3 volts.
