The Hacker Dojo does not refund membership funds once received, except in the cases of fraud or our error.
We use online payment processors (currently Spreedly), which handle subscription payments. While we will work with members to help them navigate our payment processor's website, cancellation of subscriptions to end membership is the responsibility of the member.
We will, at our discretion, adjust received membership funds to extend memberships for hardship cases, as in case of job loss or other catastrophic event.
